- Building Exterior & Interior Maintenance
- Building Systems (HVAC, Phone, Internet, etc.)
- Building Security
- 24 Hour Emergency Service
- Parking and Public Area Maintenance
- Snow and Trash Removal, Janitorial Service
- Utilities, Water, Building Services (CAM) – Billing and Proration
- Leasing and Rent Collection with Individual Accounting for each Property
(Required by Colorado Law)
Necessary Repairs Will Be Recommended and Performed on an Individual Property Basis.
Most Commercial Properties Will Require Some Ongoing Management. Our Company Will Provide These Services While We Prepare and Market The Property, If This Is The Goal. All Occupied Buildings Will Require Some Form of Management and Security!
